Sup guys. Today while I was at school I was chilling out on my desk. So these 2 girls from my class came over to my desk and asked me to switch seats with them. Their desk is very shitty, and ofc mine is at a better position.

So they started using their "girl weapons" to persuade me to give them my seat by being all nice. Ofc, my PUA intuition said "No way man, tell those girls to fuck off, only an AFC would give away his own good to please others" Those chicks weren't gonna compensate for my voluntary "discomfort" in any way.

I told them to fuck off, this is MY seat after all and then the boyfriend of one of the girls came to give me more pressure. I resisted for 30 seconds, saying "Fuck off dude, I ain't moving!" I have a troubled past with this guy so I was kinda nervous. Then he started threatening me, and I was afraid that a fight might brake out just for a seat... Altough I can kick his ass I decided to retreat, cause I couldn't no longer withstand the 3 on 1 pressure. So I just picked up my stuff and moved... I didn't want to get in a serious conflict over a damn chair.

When I took my things one of the chicks said:

"Thanks, you're such a NICE guy" .... this haunts me!!! ofc I know that this in their language means "Thanks for giving us your seat you chickenshit prick!"

I know I did wrong, but in that situation I couldn't come up with anything clever...

What could I have done? I couldn't come up with any smartass thing to say to ward off this guy. I need your advice, what should I have done. I don't want this scenario to repeat. The only thing in my mind during this moment was to escalate the conflict (defending myself) and a fight could easily break out sooner or later.

Damn I hate AMOGS... *note to self* read all off Tyler Durden's anti-amog tactics...

Thanks in advance.

I'm no PUA but... How old are you? Who the hell would start a fight over a desk? In my opinion, you should've stayed at your desk. They sound like complete, utter idiots, and have no right whatsoever to intimidate you away from your desk (read that sentence once again just to see how ridiculous it is). I really can't believe stuff like this would happen with people older than 16.

This entire situation sounds completely ridiculous to me, and I believe you should've kept telling them off. Although obviously, this is much easier to say than do, and I might've done like you.

Me and this guy are both 18. Last year in high school. This guy is as we say in bulgarian "air under a lot of pressure..." sooner or later he'll pay for his insecurities.

Well man. You are still in school and that hardly counts as real life. In school people can dip your head in the toilet, that rarely happens in field.

But yeah, I understand your problem. First off the guy is a bully, not an AMOG. Second, the girls does not respect you. Third, you replied too aggressively. The whole incident was obviously meant to humiliate you. Not about the chair at all.

If some girls come to steal my seat I would not respond in such a way. More like:
Can we have your seat? Eeeer, no I dont see that happening.

And when the guy comes in threatening me. Well, depends on how big the fight could get. You obviously know these people which complicates things. They know how tough you are and how well you fight. But assuming that you didnt know him I would fake it. I would stand my ground in a non threatening way.
Ezo: My my my, are you gonna start a fight over a seat? Are you gonna protect your little ladys right to steal other peoples chairs just because she happens to hold your hand in public?

That could escalate to a fight but probably not. Normally people push each other before it comes to blows. I would fake it up to the physical part starts. You just show that you are not afraid and not aggressive.

And you obviously know the rest.

But you are asking a thing that is more of a social status issue within a group that already know each other. AMOG tactics is normally between two adult individuals who just met.

Why on earth did you reply in such an agressive way ? You could just have said: "No, I am really sorry, but I am very attached to this place. ;) ". Smile, just turn around and go sit on your chair without caring about it. You could still have been bullied away by the boyfriend but odds would have been much smaller. If you tell GO FUCK yourself then it is normal you are going to get in troubles with the boyfriend. You gave him an excuse to bully you. Be a bit more of a friendly smartass whenever this happens again.

Honestly, I see where you were coming from but next time I would advise you to stand your ground. Like Ezo said though, don't be abrasive with your response. Most high school bullies do it to get a rise out of people because of their own insecurities. If you just stare past them like they don't matter and keep your cool, they'll stop. Just show the prick that his little group of yes-men doesn't phase you and the problem will work itself out. Much luck.
