I'm an awkward mess of a person with a bleak outlook on life and manic depression. I always end up being rude to women because I think that what I'm saying is funny. I have major trust issues, and because of that, it shocks me when a strange woman first touches me. I just want to know if any of you have risen from my position to something great. I just want to know that it's possible. And if it is possible, then I will become better than you. |

Of course people have been in similar situations as you and have been able to get out of it. I have seen some real life documtaries where complete shy and world strange nerds who were scared to look at a women even from 2 miles with a binocular turned into normal self confidence guys after a bootcamp. If you feel uncomfortable the best way to get rid of the feeling is to get into that uncomfortable situation as much as possible. I speak from experience. Of course, you have to do something about it. Just sitting in a chair isn't gonna make you go forward. You have to suffer first but at the end you will get a nice recompensation for that.
