Well she is telling you because yes she is thinking about having sex with you. That doesn't necessarily mean she's ready, you might still have some work to do but it's a good sign.
Little bit of advice from an older player to a new player. Never trust that a girl is on birth control, or says she can't have children always make sure to use a condom anyways. It's just not worth it if you're wrong or she forgets to take a pill that day.
