Well... I just started working @ wal-mart and let me say first off.. I am not the tan/tall/built guy so women are not naturally like "I WANT YOU". I'm skinny, and ok looking.. I'm not pimply faced or anything. I just want to know.. well a lot of beautiful women are in and out all day.. i started working in the electronics section. So I have plenty of opportunity to talk to people. When ever someone walks in, it's easy for me to approach someone without being weird because they know it's their job to talk to all the customers and ask them if they need help but let me ask you guys something. Let's say you work in wal-mart and a beautiful girl enters the department, how do you approach her in a good way besides saying "Hi, is there anything I can help you with"? Do you guys have any tips/strategies to do help? I had one girl talking today because she had this weird phone Id never seen before and asked if I could help her find a charger for it, well I kept teasing her for the phone and had her laughing but I ran out of things to say and clearly she wasn't interested so she just walked away. |

I think saying something to a HB like, "You look like you're in the wrong section" (playfully) would be a great time saver and she'd have to qualify herself if she's interested in you or your products... it's your turf so you can bend the rules! |

I like that. I also thought about something like "You look lost". |

You can also poke fun of her if the girl is look at 50" tv's by saying something like "Since when did girls like big screen tvs?" Or something like that. I know its not great but hopefully you get the idea. But one thing you may want to do is actually to chit chat with the customers. Don't flirt with any girls at all, but chit chat with every single customer in your department. The reason I say this is that over time you will make up new ways to approach customers in general so you don't need to use your general "Hi, can I help you?" line on them. Once you got that down it be far easier to make up lines to use on girls and you be able to make them on the fly which is even better than preset ones. |

when a girl sees that you work at walmart...your social value will already go down so i think when you tell her a story, make sure there are a lot of DHV spikes |

This. You're at a huge disadvantage dude. To be honest, I wouldn't try to pick up at your work.

As a lot of people at that age have crappy jobs for the most part.

Well I agree the blue shirt isn't a turn on, but if I could wear what ever I wanted and looked like an all-star, then I probably wouldn't need lines or a game. I've seen how easy it is for guys who just naturally look good.. it pretty much is just walking up to women and asking or they'll get approached. I sincerely believe you could be wearing a pink leotard with daisies all over it and still get dates if you know your game. Edit: If it helps at all, I'm 21. Ah the hell with it.. myspace[dot]c0m[slash]coreygeer That's what I look like, if it helps @ all. |

lol you had me checking my own name to see if I spelled it right in the reply. Well, I'm kind of new to all of this and I understand a lot of the terms but I guess I just need to practice. There's nothing else I can do really. |
