Ok, brief background. I want to lay this girl and so does my friend, we haven't talked about but I can tell from his actions he does. SPAM I think she is swinging to him more than me because he is adopting more of the sexual role, whilst I'm more provider.

Do NOT lose a friend over some poon. Hell, let him nail her then go for it. Sloppy seconds is a term coined by jealous ex's who don't want their friends railing the girl that left them but don't want to admit it because it seems needy. If we used sloppy seconds as a standard, every girl who's ever fucked would be giving out "sloppy seconds".

Looks like both you and your friend are hoping this girl will fall in your lap and neither of you is really making much progress. All that NLP stuff that's being suggested it won't help you get any closer to taking her panties off. You're already coming from a weak position by pretending your only interested in this girls friendship up to this point. You need to let your intentions known directly to her. Tell her you want to give her the best sex of her life.

Yeah, thats just dumb. Embrace the idea of having an abundance of women in your life. There are so many women, why in the hell would you want to break a friendship over one? It sounds like a stupid situation to be in. I'd rather go find someone new rather than jumping through this girls hoops, trying to garner more attraction, and trying to compete with my buddy. Fuck that noise. There are plenty of other women out there who are beautiful, ready, willing, and able. Talk to your friend.

Also, blowing out guys doesn't always make you look good. Its a 50/50 coin toss, especially if shes enjoying your buddies company. You may just come off looking like a dick if you blow him out.

My favorite blow out is something that doesn't make either of us look good. We'll do this to our wings in the field if we're ready to go and they are holding up the group:

"Hey, you remember that hooker we were trying to get coke from? Well she said she'd give us a discount on the blow and on the blow jobs if we buy her a beer!"

or

"Dude, your girlfriend just called and she says its time for you to come home!"
