hi all, i've had a look at your recommended reading list, some of which i have and others are on order. what i would like to know is; can anyone recommend some books on positive thinking and cofidence building? i know these areas are touched on in alot of these books but since i have had a very high negative input level in my life i feel this might be useful as well. it is also something i have noticed in neil strauss' book, that alot of people in the community have had to deal with negative issues from their past. i have visited the self help section of my local book store but some of the titles i haven't really inspired me. things like zen and the art of going to the lavatory ok i borrowed that title from the hitchhikers guide the galaxy but you get the general idea. |
