| Post subject: | Sticking point: trouble transitioning from openers. |
Okay so far I have gotten the idea of how to open a women down. Approach anxiety is far from what it used to be but I have a sticking point that has been nagging me for awhile. After the opener, I can't seem to transition into a normal conversation. Any ideas, tips, etc. are appreciated. |

Depends on what openers i use how much trouble i have transitioning. The really in-direct that take more than 5-10seconds to go through i hate transitioning from as for me it doesn't really feel natural. I use something like "Wow you guys look like you're having fun" if they're high energy followed by something like "So how do we know each other" or a "So what brings us out tonight" and then pray i can grab onto a thread from there. I'm far from experienced though. |

Notice something about them. The ring routine works well because it is like you have just noticed something. Their shoes, their hair, whatever. Or if they are giving advice ill usually go into "If this was sex and the city who would be who" They will usually identify the slut as being Samantha. A big help in same night lays! |

This is the easiest shit to get over. The more you practise the better you will get and it won't take long. Its more bout getting over the anxiety of transitioning rather than anything. Cold reads are always good |

Now one of the biggest things I notice is that ppl say they open and can't transition, but make sure the set is hooked before you try and transition or its going south no matter what you do or say. So once hookes, make an observation on anything (the way they dress, rinf as mentioned ^, their accents, anything) and transition by using the one of the below Transitions - It’s just like when… - That reminds me of… - This one time… This help you go from your opener directly into a story, routine, or whatever. I suggest coming up with a stack. Make things easier. |

either go into the cold reads described above OR roleplay! You know, I could use a gf for the night, do you like this or that or bla bla" 3 questions. whatever the answer is: awesome, you'd be a great gf. It creates a bubble and you have more things to talk about instead of the boring what school you go to bla bla bla, what work etc. mind you, YOU ARE LEADING THE CONVERSATION. doing 80% of the talking. |
