Your not going to find confidence in an 'confidence tape', nothing in those audio waves will make you a better person; only a stupider, less independent one. If it's confidence your looking for, the only way you're going to find it is a being a man and getting through life's twists and turns successfully.

i agree its one thing to read what u can do and how to do it but its another thing to get into the field and fail . . and remember its fine to fail u just have to get back up and try again and again and again . . The most successful PUA's are the ones that have failed a shit load of times but kept going

Post subject:  Ross Jeffries Unstoppable Confidence

Well, it depends where you are at. I think the other gentlemen here have more confidence than I did when I began. I have the Ross Jeffries Unstoppable Confidence Program and he asks you to do it everyday for 21 days to "install" it. As a newbie, recently out of a relationship, I have to admit that there is something to them. I used to do all of Tony Robbin's mantras from Personal Power II and Get The Edge, but I find these so much better. I wouldn't say it's instant confidence, no. But he is right that most of our internal dialogues are SOO damn disempowering. I find that when I hypnotise myself that I am eg. "agressive direct and powerful" it makes a big difference in how I talk. I used to say to myself, "oh God please let her like me" inside without even realizing it!

Do remember that most "gurus" are in the business of advertising, and Ross' method was to distribute tapes based on NLP excercises that could have just as easily been done and practiced had you studied the subject and related techniques.

From what I've experience, there are 4 ways to develop pure, natural, confidence:

-Knowledge of failure, and how to accept the occasions where you do fail
-Repeated practice, over and over again(How else did you learn everything growing up?)
-Realizing there are others with similar advantages and disadvantages, and that each person has their own winning combination that makes them unique("Being yourself" ring a bell?)
-Always have something greater to accomplish.Got 5 phone numbers?Get 10 next time,then 20,then 40,80,120...(Goal setting,an essential skill of sucess in life,is essential in pick-up.)

Sure, the products advertised by some gurus might help, but just remember that the products are still marketing ploys, and are aimed to benefit the creator of those specific products.

work on those 4(There might be more, but those are what i've experienced from just one wrestling season),and, with TIME AND PATIENCE,confidence will breed.

Rome wasn't built in a day.Remember that.

Blackbull makes a great point. All of the "gurus" in any discipline, not just seduction, realized there was a niche for their knowledge and said, "I could do this and make a fortune"! I would do the same.... (look at Mystery) Good points Blackbull especially number 4.

On the contrary,Ross is actually one of the fathers of modern pick up.His unique style of NLP scripting and confidence speeches, taught under his "Speed Seduction" school of pick up helped start the community, back in the 90s.

As the 2000s came, other gurus, such as Mystery,Neil "Style" Strauss,David DeAngelo,Juggler,Hypnotica,Rasputin,Carlos Xuma,Bobby Rio,Mike Stoute,Savoy, and many others, who have older gurus such as Jeffries to credit in the NLP area.

His Tapes work, but again, whether it be Jeffries,DeAngelo,or any other guru, marketing will always be a crucial factor. It would be wise, before consulting their products,to first get a grip on the subject and know what you are buying.

As for the comment on Ross being a douchebag, you are entitled to your own opinion, but keep in mind that Ross did help spark the movement of Pick-up and inspired others to become gurus in their own rights, douchebags or not.

I reason i say he is a douch, is cuz they made him sound like one on THE GAME. I sound like he wanted to be more like a god than a guru. Plus i have not meet anyone who uses hypnosis on HBs.

Ross had a good but rare subliminal confidence tape called "The Equalizer" I had it before my computer crashed. I got it from some fileshare program. This was a passive listening tape/mp3. You would start it up and listen...that's it; no mantras or affirmations. It was probably 5-10minutes long. I would start it up in media player and have it repeat all night while I slept.

If anyone knows where I can get a copy please email me.

Be the best at a competitive activity. Confidence naturally comes to you if you're in a position of confidence.
