When you're at a party and a bunch of people are dancing whats the best way to approach and then dance (grind in most cases) with a.) a girl you don't know and b.) a girl you're friendly with |

Don't walk up to a girl you don't know and grind her as you'll probably get rejected. I learnt that the hard way! Unless of course she is showing IOI's. However I just dance without worrying about who's around me and nearby a girl I find attractive and don't linger like a fly around a honey pot. However I will leave further advice from other posters simply because I could find this beneficial as well. |

It's the same for both cases bro. Don't say anything, just extend your arms towards them, and if they've got any sort of a brain in their head, they'll know to extend their hands towards you and proceed to dancing with ya. There honestly isn't anything different between a girl I know and a complete stranger when it comes to dancing with them. |
