Another question I'm throwing out to you guys...
So a few years back, did the whole, "met this girl" online thing. Only we never actually met, just talked a whole lot. Really cute girl.
At one point, I ended up meeting someone at school and was dating her. When that became public knowledge, this online girl stopped talking. Obviously.
Then, when facebook became popular and she came on, she found me on there and we caught up a bit. She's been dating some guy for a while at this point. However, months later, they break up and shes talking my ear off. I can't remember if I ever went ahead and said, "let's do lunch sometime" or something... but after a week or so, she completely stops talking. Turns out, she's back with her ex.
So whatever, it's cool... another year or so goes by (present time, now) and I leave her a picture comment. That comment ends up being a spark where she gets back into touch with me, tells me I should see her place sometime, I agree. She's still with her guy at this point.
She texts me one evening about coming over for a party, so I said sure, wheres your place? No answer. I text a few hours later. No answer. So I let it go. She apologizes n' such, we talk some more... and then she kinda vanishes again.
So NOW, I wake up this morning to find a message from her that says, "So.. know any cute single friends you want to hook me up with?!?!"-- I reply with, "I think I may know someone... hahah
"--- she responds, "that would be nice".I catch her on the chat feature, and I can just tells shes bored, or not interested in talking. The only thing she put forth an effort to discuss, was the fact that she dumped her boyfriend last night. And then she just stopped talking.
What the hell is going on? I feel like I'm being too passive, so shes not bothering all that much with me? Or... I don't know.
