Besides talking, I've been going out a lot more and basically, most people are dancing and not really chilling and talking, like it seems like the girls aren't interested in talking, just a lil, but just wanna freak and dance. I ain't good at dancing and freaking. I don't got that flow lol. Any tips or vids what not? Cool thanks |

Im afraid this is one of those points where you need to invest time into it to get better. best thing to do, go to dance classes. On your own if you feel confident enough, any type really. it will help alot and give the ability to test your dancing in a safe environment and meet new people too. videos and stuff like that are good to a point but to get constructive criticism a class would be best. Justin Timberlake music videos if you dont want to invest in dance classes. like him or not, the guy can move. |

A few years ago I was in the same situation till 1 night I somehow ended up going out with 5 african guys (as in actually from Africa). Got my arse teased to shit with the white boys cant dance jokes till they actually ended up helping me. Anyway, the main thing to learn or know is the difference between the beats. Especially in Hip Hop there are high beats (or claps) and low beats. Once you can hear the difference you can understand the speed of the beat and move to that. Basically what ever you are doing, make sure you finish it and change direction on the high beats. Once you get that into your head the rest will just come naturally over time. Not all songs are that simple but listen to a few and you should get what Im saying. Hope that helps you as much as it did me! -Noz |

hey there, yea sure, dance classes are always nice, but the thing is the same as in other situations. be confident. be the guy on the dancefloor that owns it. sure, it helps if you do know some moves, but the thing is, just let it flow. just feel the rythm, if you dont feel it, practice it. watching videos might be a good idea. but once again, the main thing on the dance floor is to show u do it from the heart and you enjoy it. i always see guys doing the fancy moves and all, but they dont own the thing. thats not right. i just tingle around, SMILE (always smile when dancing). o yes, always KEEP you EYES OPEN when dancind. most guys close their eyes, cause it makes them feel more confortable. dont do that. dance with open eyes, smile, and make eye contact wit girls. than when u get a smile back, go to her, and u know ur thing from there. kino kino kino! the easiest way to kino is on the dancefloor. u know, touch her back and lean in to hear her and stuff... best c |

you dont need dance classes, just a lil alcohol and a friend to boost your confidence, and go approach a group of girls with your buddy and surround them and just get loose. Thats how i came over it, few years ago i couldnt dance... (alot of missed opportunities when i was younger) Sometimes having something in your hand like a drink will help if you dont know what to do with your hands. But dont be a sucker and buy them drinks. If you get turned down, dont take it serious.. alot of girls go to clubs jus to dance with their girls for some reason. |
