So a common theme I have noticed on this forum among guys of all types, including AFCs, BAFCs, is that it involves some story along the line of "So this one girl was checking me out/sitting next to me/touching me/making constant eye contact but I was too much of a pussy to do anything about it"

One thing that really discourages me is that I never get these so called IOIs and never have been in a situation described above. Now either I don't notice these IOIs (the subtle ones), or I actually do not get them like a great majority of guys do

Now I don't think its a matter of the frame I project. I say this because I always hear stories about shy guys who get hit on etc etc. Guys who are certainly shyer than I am and display more "beta" traits.

Do you actually try to pick up women? If so, provide some details so I can judge whether or not it's a problem with your game.

I had the same problem as you, I could never spot them.

What helped me was forgetting about the whole IOI deal. It sucks.
ASSUME attraction instead.

Besides, looking for IOIs is going to lead to reaction-seeking/button pushing.

Jav got there before me!

I was going to suggest exactly the same; forget looking for them because you will never see them. There are so many!! I work on HOW IT FEELS between them and me.

But the best thing to do is assume attraction. Otherwise you'll get trapped in the first five minutes every single time!
