Ok, so I know there are certain things not to do because they make you seem insecure. For instance not putting your hands in your pockets, fidgeting or slouching. Actually, a list of all those things you shouldn't do would be helpful... But the real question here is what DO you do when standing? I mean, it's fine to keep your hands out of your pockets while walking or sitting or doing something, but what about when you're just standing there talking to a group of people. So how should you stand, when just standing? |

All those movies people talk about here (Thomas crown affair, Meet Joe Black, James Bond  films etc.), watch them, pause and look for those moments.stand straight, you can have one hand halfway in a pocket (like in the thomas crown) if you move the other alot. You should try talking with your hands more, don't let them be idle.. |

1. DONT LEAN TOWARD THE GIRL WHILE SPEAKING. Keep your back straight. ( I believe mystery highlights this pretty much )Actually, a list of all those things you shouldn't do would be helpful... So how should you stand, when just standing? 2. If you are holdin a beer or some sort of drink in your hand, dont keep it high instead keep it low. 3. Use your hands while you speak ( i dont mean that wave them like a windmill ) . Demostrate what you are telling with small moves. 4. Stare right into her eyes while speaking. This demostrates confidence very well! ( if its a group of girls than try to make eye contact with everyone but less with your target ) [ Johnny B ] |
