Post subject:  Got 3 101s but found a sticking point
Hi guys

Was out round London looking for sum day time practice, when I saw this HB 8 brunnete with here hot mate . They were cueing for asushi I was hungry and stood next to them. Here mate made eye contact then the HB turned round and looked me up and down then slid in by me. I didn'6t know what to say. i guess looking back when the manager asked how many we were I should have said 3 but I was scared to.
During lucnh she eye contacted me about 5 times I guess wanting me to talk to her, I guess I didn't feel worthy. I just couldn't think of a good opener to work on her. my last chance was when we were paying the bills at the same time I should have just number closed her but I don't know why I was so scard.
One good thing that came out of today was that I know that peacock theory works really well as i wa sgetting alot of nice attention from pritty girls this should give me the confidence to open them up but I'm just not there yet any advice for this newbie

Hey man , seems your off to a good start.

Your sticking point is quite common , and lots of post are written about it , so do a search and u will find a goldmine on information.

However , here are some cliffnotes. (ment for short term game development)

1. Do not confuse a good opener with a good pickupline. The way u open is more inportant than the actual line, appear confident, nonchalant,open and friendly. If u really dont know what to say just use the simple , hi there , let me ask u a question ( or in this occasion hey there, so what is your favorite sushi or damn , i really dont know what to pick, help me out here) ... Dont make it hard on yourself, at this point in your game development its more important to actually open then to come up with and use a brilliant pickupline.

2. If u however insist on using a premade opener, do a search and memorise some. Get em in your head B4 u go out ... try to avoid the "damn , i read this really good one last night , how did it go again".
