This mainly depends on how well you know her, and whether she can take the negs or not. Like Liquid Blend said, you have to be very careful with negs in situations like this, and in all situations really. Overuse of negs is easy to mistake, and makes you seem arrogant instead of care-free. The point of negs is to make her lower her shield per se, and seem like you aren't interested in her the way most other guys are. This is why negging varies based on the hotness of the girl, for example you would neg an HB9 more than an HB6. It all depends on what they are used to.
Anyway, getting back to the point here, if you neg her, be sure to do it very jokingly and light heartedly, make her laugh, and if she doesn't laugh the first time, don't neg about that again. Move onto another topic.
Don't give her the attention she wants. If she looks fine, and you know that, then SHE probably knows that too. She wants you to say "No, you look fine" or "You have such an amazing body how can you think that." A PUA is not that easy. Don't give her what she wants right away. If she says "I am so fat, I need to work out" then look her up and down and smile, or shake your head a bit, then move on. [If the negs don't work out].
Basically, neg if possible, and if not then be subtle. Play the game hard, not easy.
