Post subject:  I need a "gay" defense

So I live in the pretty stone-age city of Pittsburgh and I feel that my fashion sense is completely on a different wavelength than the vast majority of people that live here. Every time I open a set, I almost always get an "are you gay?" comment from the girls or guys in the set. My normal night game attire is always under attack but I feel that I've taken a pretty mild approach at peacocking. I try to differentiate myself from all the Ed Hardy and Affliction t-shirt guys in the bars and clubs, but I'm always getting negative "gay" comments on my blazers, ties, necklaces, vests, watches, shoes etc. I hit the gym a lot and my body physique is pretty muscular, but it doesn't help that my face doesn't have a well defined, square jaw, or an extremely masculine brow ridge.

I've tried deflecting these comments back on the "attackers" by critiquing their own fashion, but it always seems to have negative consequences. I've also tried Mystery's tactic of pretending that I'm gay using lines like "we should go shopping sometime" but this has always backfired. Really what should I do? I feel like it should be better for me to suck it up and dress like every other guy and just fall back on my inner game and routines.

I get this ALL the time. Gay Guys Love Me. They told me I'm a 9. Not kidding.

What has worked for me is that I tell girls gay guys hit on me a lot and that they are my new bodyguards to protect me.

or

"if by gay, you mean looks good and is a good dancer, then yes. I am gay as hell. I love the cock."

or

slap her ass for being bad and grab her tits and makeout. "It doesnt count because I'm gay... JP haha got you good. I'm straight as fuck!"

But the ROOT of the problem might be that your doing all these things and not showing off your Sexual Intent. You become the dancing monkey/gay guy that loves chick crack. Be sexural. "your fucking hot."

Its good. It means your flying under the radar, and that you stand out.

As an example: I've got a mate who's Bisexual, (and very much a 'natural' with both genders as opposed to an AFC) and he is never shy right off the bat of telling girls he likes guys - It moves him from 'Guy trying to pick me up' to 'Potential friend' territory - He sidesteps a lot of the bitch shields and potential AMOGing as a result. From there he just engages in a lot of push/pull flirting until he's in.

I'm not saying you should pretend to be Bi, but I'd leave it ambiguous at first - that curiousity as to your sexuality is an open door, not a closed one. Use it!

Mystery has said that a girl wouldn't ask if you're gay if she wasn't interested in you. Of course, she also wouldn't ask if you didn't give off gay vibes. But still, she's interested.

I am a complete newb, but I'd make some joke about it, as long as you don't come off as defensive or offensive. Make it funny like the guys above wrote. Or just say, "Straight as an arrow, babe." (Or you could slap her ass, grab her tits, then tell her it doesn't count 'cause your gay omg JK! - although the girl may stab you.)

see that's the problem I don't think it's a good thing at all. Like Weeneedhelp said, I think I might be exhibiting the dancing monkey syndrome and not expressing enough "I'd like to put my cock inside of you" attitude. Most girls that go out to bars and clubs aren't really looking to make "friends". I feel like flying under the radar as you have said, is voluntarily putting myself in a beta-male position to other guys. Cavemen AMOGs love to beat up on any person with 2 balls that's inferior to them to raise their social status. Why would any AMOG sit back and let me command a girl's attention, when he could use that time to hit on her. Tomorrow night I think I'm going to use more direct openers. Even If i get completely blown out, I won't be wasting 15+ minutes defending my fashion sense or sexuality.

But hey! He is like a 9 to gay boys. And he is proud of it! God, you gotta love the total emasculation of American/British/West European youth. Proud to look gay. Insane. Only in the Hell that is America/Britain/ would a male be okay with people questioning his manhood.

To guys "Dude, even if I was gay I wouldn't f*** you."

To girls "Let's test your theory..."

I'm with Weneedhelp on this one!

I either play it up and make it obvious how ridiculous an idea it is that I might be gay, or I will show them that I'm not gay by feeling her up or kissing her or whatever. It's really simple to do and I've never been slapped doing it, so I don't even consider it a slightly risky move, it's all about confidence and knowing that if she isn't interested she will move away and won't let you kiss her, so you just do your part and see how she reacts.

in the end it doesn't really matter.

I was watching keys to the VIP the other day and they had to use the opener "if i wasn't gay, i'd be all over you" and one of them i thought gave off the gay vibe a lot, and the in response to that opener she said "i can convert you"

just don't give a fuck
