| Post subject: | Confidence is king! |
Ok so I have a problem.. I've lost all of my confidence I had horrible oneitis (dates my used to be friend) any thoughs on how I can build back my confidence. Also I'm in school and come in contact with a bunch of girls I have no problem opening but I freeze when it's time to close. Any advice? |

quit thinking about it so much and don't be afraid of rejection
Any advice? |

well this is massive topic in itself. getting over AA takes time and gradual development. try the newbie mission to get your spirits up. you are really going to have to push yourself outside of your comfort zone jethro. put your pride aside for once and try to let go. start small....after your first encounter you will immediately have a rush of care-free confidence which will encourage your second encounter and so forth. confidence is built on confidence, but it must start somewhere, even if it feels extremely scary in the beginning. also, never forget that this fear is only an illusion...now go and try it out and come back and tell me how easy it was.

Thanks for the advice. Alright visionxxxxx..... I got a my first number close in a while and it felt good, my only regret is asking her the on the 2nd day (in class) and I feel like I'm wandering into the friend zone I think tomorow I'm going to ask her to go out I eat any ideas on where we should go? |
