K , We got a new roommate .. she's a Hb8.. She had a boyfriend .. left him today ..

Yeah I have to agree with you Chief. It's not worth it, there are so many women out there, why even try to go for your room mate. If you really want to try and sleep with her, show her you have other options by bringing other women to the apartment. Right now the way I see it your taking advantage of a woman in a vulnerable state.
