within every man? Because, really, I'm just being myself and being more confident about who I've always been. And it's working. The only change in me is being sure about myself and actually approaching women and practicing conversations. It's been all about taking five or ten minutes to get to the point with people that used to take me weeks to get to. |

Every man is capable of being an Alpha male. It's in your instinct. You just have to access the parts of your brain that years of social pressure has repressed. I'm assuming you gotten past a lot of the negative programming that was stopping you from being good with women, and now your real personality can be displayed. |

I agree with corey. A lot of guys think that they need to act alpha. Like it's a routine or trick. Acting alpha doesn't make you an Alpha male, it make you an actor. When you lead a group or defend your boundaries, it shouldn't be because you're are upholding some pua concept, it should be because you truly believe in your actions. The idea isn't to pretend to be something you are not, but rather to bring out that which you are. |

so you're alpha then....The way that I look at it "Dont lead, dont follow, just be yourself and be happy with it" Ultimately Alpha behavior is purely being content with your being. you don't care what others think or do, and your happiness is entirely self contained. I prefer the quote "1 is 1000 is a Leader of Men, the other 999 chase women" |
