well from the thread about masturbation we "know" that masturbating lowers testosterone. Testosterone is needed to think clearly and level-mindedly. He says No scientific evidence is presented, BUT alot of us have felt the effects of masturbation while out on the town, shyness, seeing stuff in third person instead of through your own eyes and being in the moment plus other bullshit that stops us from having fun.

so lets say you want to masturbate mid way through the week and dont have 7 days to rebuild your levels until you go out again.

i googled this stuff when i found out protein synthesizes better with high testosterone. (build muscle faster, better etc.)

-Eating foods like oysters, nuts, turkey, duck, goose, beans, dairy products, veggtables and fruits will increase testosterone. red meats.

-Dont go without eating for long periods of time.

-Losing weight. having high body fat percentage will increase estrogen, not exactly what we want.

-Working out will increase testosterone. especially high weight low reps. push up and sit ups will do if you dont go to teh gym.

-Ive even heard watching sports (ufc anyone?) and action movies increase testosterone.

Theres probably more if you google it.

All this stuff: Brocolli, cauliflower, cabbage, ground maca root, cocao nibs/powder, fresh squeezed watermelon juice, horny goat weed extract and a drink called function night life. I dafinitely have a lot more testosterone and replenish man juice more quickly because of thse.

Eating habits optimized for high testosterone is just plain good for your sexual and overall health as a man. Especially if you do bodybuilding, you'll wanna have as much natural testosterone as possible to make big gains in the gym.

Haven't done much research on things that are the opposite, but I do know soy is one big one. Soy beans have phytoestrogens in them which can raise estrogen levels in men... not good. Its good for females and highly recommended for heart health, bone density and all this other shit, but I usually avoid it whenever I know something has soy in it.

Coconut is just as versatile as soy, but is a big testosterone booster I didn't mention above. Its high in fat, but, according to my research, it is all healthy fat full of EFAs and energy that the body uses for growth more than stores as fat. Its the main alternative to soy when making vegan products, and is rapidly expanding in its usage; now we have coconut milk ice cream, yogurt, diluted coconut milk beverages, coconut kefir, etc.
Not to mention just supplementing with coconut oil and eating coconut boosts your testosterone production and provides the healthy fat necessary for muscle growth. I also take olive oil, fish oil and flax oil almost daily as well.

I've definitely noticed this. For instance, watching soccer games has increased my will to play soccer and even improved my skills. Simply by watching. Also watchin other guys fight and sweat over a ball, makes you want to do it yourself and motivates me during fitness workouts.

just thought it was weird, but could have been the testosterone.

+ watching Arnold Schwarzenegger movies increases my game

Please, can someone arguing the "wanking makes you lose testosterone" case find A DAMN SCIENTIFIC STUDY INTO IT!
Semen does not contain testosterone, maybe incredible trace amounts. The reason for the relaxed calm not wanting to go out and get laid after wanking is more probably because of chemicals released in your brain after orgasm.
