Hey guys. Last saturday (4 days ago) I went to a party and got the number of this chick there. I said to her, "Hey, whats your number? Well go out to karaoke sometime." She gave me her digits and then i called her phone, and thats the last contact i had with her. Other her adding me on facebook. But i dont use facebook too often. What do you think the next thing i should do with this situation? Im really really busy with uni + trying to run a business, and its really hard for me to manage time. On top of that im kinda sick, health wise and im stressed out cuz of the workload. Not the best state to be in when calling her. I was thinking SMS, but the again what do i say? Should i schedule a day 2 or just try and build more attraction. or am i looking at it in the wrong way. Thanks in advanced for your help. |

Are you trying to make things harder for yourself? Stop stressing, NOTHING IS A BIG DEAL. Just call her, ask how she is doing, tell her to meet you on a date. The only problem you have got is your guts. |

You remind me of one of my teammates in college. A legendary coach came to "guest coach" for the day and taught us various "escapes". He covered intricate techniques and answered all our questions. So my buddy kept on asking . . . things like . . ."What if the guy hops over your leg and posts on his left arm? What if he squats and lowers his center of gravity? When I pull my arm out as you suggested, the guy always grabs my wrist. . . What if? What if? What if?" . . . And this legendary coach . . . the guy who's coached Olympic athletes . . . stared right down on the kid and screamed loudly with his Southern twang, "Listen son! You wanna get out, you'll get the hell out. There ain't no what if this and what if that. Stop that nonsense son!" And there you have it. Stop this nonsense and call her up. If you want to . . . you will . . . |

lol i know exactly what sport you're talking about. That guest coach was probably from Iowa, huh? So my buddy kept on asking . . . things like . . ."What if the guy hops over your leg and posts on his left arm? What if he squats and lowers his center of gravity? When I pull my arm out as you suggested, the guy always grabs my wrist. . . What if? What if? What if?" . . . If you want to . . . you will . . . OP, Don't worry about the outcome. Just relax and give her a call. Make her laugh. Tell her what you did that day. Ask her about her childhood. Tease her. Then invite her out to some event you're going to. If you fuck it up, just laugh it off. There are PLENTY more opportunities out there. |

Issue i have here is that i met her at a party, with a bunch of other friends. I remember mystery talking about how our brains were programmed to fear rejection cuz in a 50 person society word spreads fast, if you screw up, everyone else will know and your chances with anyone in that group is pretty much gone. Does this matter at all? |
