Post subject:  Adding a girl on facebook
Some time ago, I was on vacation in Greece. In the middle of my stay, I ran a natural game on a HB9 I met at the beach. We had a lot of fun (in most aspects) during the short time we spent together (about a week). That is now two weeks ago and we haven't had any contact. I want to add her on facebook, but my problem is that I can't seem to find her profile.

It seems to me a little awkward to suddenly ask her after two weeks without contact; "Hey, I can't find you on facebook. Add me.". Therefore I ask you, what should I do in order to add her to facebook?

i assume you have her number? i would call her or text her saying something along the lines of...

"Hey, im in need of dire help...
my friends are making me have this weird internet networking thing called facebook but i have no idea how to use it..
i don't suppose you have it? im in dire need of help on how to use this thing"

now obviously you know how to use it but try and get to add you and when starting the rubbish instant messaging service that facebook offers just be like hey can you see this?
don't assume there is a problem with asking a girl to keep in contact over the internet, there's nothing shocking about it especially if you had a good time whilst on holiday :)

i find it a little strange and needy to say your in dire need of setting up your facebook..if you have friends you would ask them before you ask her

just say hey my friends finally convinced me to get a facebook..its pretty cool do you have one?

Heya, I am from Norway as well and I hope I can give you some answers!

People often over-think these things, as it is quite simple. Or to say it in other words, if you have your number, don't ask her on her facebook!

I would probably say something during these lines:

Heya, just looked through some pictures from my trip and noticed you. How are things going?
-Name

In norwegian:

"Hei, jeg så på bildene fra turen min og kjente deg igjen på et av bildene. Hvordan går det med deg?
-Navn"

If you managed to build up some attraction and comfort on the trip she will hopefully answer, and then you can take it from there:)

I think I will go with a modified version of Exerio's proposition. I will say something like this: "Hi, I looked through some pictures from Greece. When I saw a picture of [name of the beach we met], I thought of you. How are you doing? -[my name]".

SiNfUl trust me; it is impossible.

I don't understand at whats wrong with saying

"Hey, I can't find you on facebook. Add me."

Whats the worse that can happen? She doesn't respond you? U have not been in contacr with her! Saying that is not being weird or needy. Its alot better than trying to add her on FB through wonderful made up story about yourself.
