dude trust me. substances dont help you in the long run. i used to use alcohal for my approach anxiety. and it doesnt help. because when i was sober i couldnt approach. but when i was drunk it was easy. so therefore i got hooked. and thank goodness im not an alcohalic, but seriously, using outside substances is usually not a good way to get rid of something like social shyness |
