Ok so I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post a question like this, but I didn't see anywhere else really, and as I am a newbie with a question this seemed ok. Anyway so I work at a pool as a lifeguard, and there is this girl who is a camp counselor with one of the camps that comes in. I talk to all of the counselors with the camp and am pretty friendly with all of them. I've talked to her a few times, got her to make me and the other lifeguards brownies, but I can't seem to find a way to get to the next step. Any advice? Thanks in advance guys. |

Just ask if she'd like to go out for a drink/coffee? Or if she'd like some help making more brownies |

Heya, that seems like quite a fun situation you are in. What you need to do is escalate, as girls soon looses interest if you don't put in any effort. The way to transition to a "date" is probably by asking her of an opinion. If you are already talking and she is giving you indicators of interest the best way is to simply ask: You: I have felt an urge all day to go out for a ____. Do you like ____? She: Yes You: Cool, you should come along. There is no such thing as doing ____ with company! This is a rough example, but I'll tell you the pointers you get a long there. First is stating something you desire and give her a hoop to go through. After she qualifies you reward her by telling her to tag along. You are also just asking for company, and not a date. This is important as you appear friendly and not like a guy who is hitting on her. - Exerio |

I like Exerio's advice. None threatening and it isolates the two of you. Just be careful not to fall into the friends area. Skankin |
