i just got a job and we are constantly in large groups we get to chose are own groups for training theres one girl i think is really cute she laughed at a couple of my jokes responded to a couple of thing i said even if they werent directed to her i think those are IOI.s but i don't no where to go with this any and all opinions are wanted when we are put into groups we are made to rehearse selling knives for this company |

Ask her if she'd like to go out for a coffee with you after work. If you interpreted the IOI correctly, she will probably say yes. Then you succeeded in isolating her from the group at work. Now all you have to do is build attraction and put on your best game.
