Any books that focus on alpha attitude (behavior, expression, etc)? Any best seller or must read? Thanks so much! |

"How to become an Alpha Male" by John Alexander It is expensive though. It focuses on the Alpha PUA mindset, not an Amoging mindset. They seem similar to the observer, but are much different internally. Amoging comes from a source of weakness, insecurity, and need to prove one's self; whereas a Alpha PUA mindset comes from a source of strength, confidence, and emotional content. The worst part though is that unless you see the behavior and body language in action, the book will not make sense. Try watching some movies with Alpha male character in them, like Wolverine, and try and pick up their natural mannerisms. |
