| Post subject: | body language - what are the key factors |
Have read a fair bit that body language is fairly important in increasing attraction before even saying a word - was just wondering if you guys can share the basics with a kid in training  Last couple days I have tried the simplest of basics - walking taller and projecting confidence, eye contact and taking up lots of space - and i just generally feel better and feel like im getting a reaction already. What else is there to know? |

First of all! EYE CONTACT IS HUGE!Last couple days I have tried the simplest of basics - walking taller and projecting confidence, eye contact and taking up lots of space - and i just generally feel better and feel like im getting a reaction already. What else is there to know? Of course you having good posture and a wider stance helps too. Don't forget to SMILE!  Another huge thing about body language is when it comes to Active Listening techniques (eye contact, head nodding, restating the conversation, smiling, verbal check ins, etc. and of course KINO. Most of what the experts talk about with body language is they are going to be watching your body language in how you are interactiing with others around you. Do you seem confident? Are those people being receptive to you? Is he having fun and smiling? Those are the main things women are looking at as you go. |

also when you are talking with women, and you are making sure that your body language is correct, you need to see how she reacts to your body language. cuz if she looks like shes not feelin the way you are sitting or something, make sure you change it up |
