| Post subject: | Which direction do i take? |
Right i've read a fair amount of material and thanks to this forum discovered several different ways of applying game. The thing is i've not even done one approach YET but i'm wondering what the best stuff is to read up on? I've read and seen plenty of the mystery method and get the sense that its getting outdated and natural is the way to go, and this is something i agree with as the mystery method is a bit forced and totally unnatural at least until you've mastered it. For instance i'm liking Sopornos style and people like Soul's approach. Where do i go from here? I feel kinda lost right now. I have lots of information at my fingertips but i feel kinda drowned by it all and need some focus and direction. Any advice appreciated. |

Don't ever listen to anyone who claims that there is one "best" method. Despite what the community tends to believe, there is no real "best" method. PUA is about learning to interact with people better. Every method has pro's and con's. Ultimately there is no BEST way to carry on a conversation, get a phone number, etc. PUA is a map, not a step-by-step guide. The exact route you take is unique to you. Think of it like a car- there is no one best car, it depends on the individual and the reason that person is using it. So my advice to you is to go out and try out everything you've learned. Keep the things that fit YOU regardless of who it came from, and use whatever is useful for making you better. Don't be concerned with following certain schools of thought so religiously (unless you are working to improve one specific area). Spend the vast majority of your time in-field, because that's where you are going to get the sense of direction you are looking for. |

don't read any more get into the field and start forgetting things. Believe go out and start approaching anything that doesn't help or fit with you drop it. This is the route ot being natural just stripping layer after layer away eventually you wil realize why the layers were there and by stripping them you have kinda passed a mini test so yar just get out there my man |

ok, i didn't really get what i wanted out the question, but i see what you're getting at. i'm gonna memorise some openers to start with, seems like the obvious and logical step. then there's the transition which i really need to work on. anyone can approach a set and open them up but being able to hold conversation is the tricky part. |
