If a woman asks my name, should I tell her my real name, or should I come up with a PUA nickname to use instead? How important is this? |

Only if you can come up with cool names like "Slick Rick Pick up a Chick", "Cookie Head", "Pork Dumpling", "General Gau", "Pigs in a Blanket", "Skid Marks", "Hairy Balls" . . . Come to think of it, I think I will try out the "Balls . . . Hairy Balls" ala 007. |

Haha no. The only instances when nicknames are acceptable: 1. Everyone calls you that nickname and identifies you by that name. Your nickname has in essence taken the place of your real name. 2. You are a superhero and your nickname is to hide your secret identity, in which case you shouldn't be chatting up women in the first place. Unless either of those two are true, just use your real name.  ~Antithesis |

I sometimes use a completely different name just for a change. For a while I was telling chicks my name is Brian and it felt pretty cool lol. Antithesis is spot on though. |

PUA names are used to mask your identity ONLINE. You would use your real name in person. |

Truth.Just use your real name. The only reason you should give her a nickname is if your friends/family actually call you that. It wouldn't hurt to tell her your actual name in this situation either. |
