Lets say i ran a opener in a set (for example jellous GF opener) but if after it doesnt seem to get in the hook point should i use another opinion opener (like tattoo opener) or is it a bad ideia and i should star some C&F/neg/DHV ? tnx |

It can work well but it needs to be dropped in a natural sounding way later in the conversation, if you open and fail to hook then use another opener it will sound kinda weird I think. At that point it is best to fluff talk and plough hoping they hook. |

Try the opener, and if it falls flat or you get a direct response i.e. yes, no, or silence. Three options. One try to tranny into some "avg" convo, such as "so what do you do?", or go to introductions. Then come back with another opener or better yet a routine, or game, try using questions that wont be answered by "yes/"no", unless you are using them as ladders to a destination. Two, tranny into another opener using the first one. Such as one I do, the elvis impersonator for friends birthday routine, then after that one has flatlined, I say "yeh my friends pretty cool, we were arguing about whether he should get this girl he is going on a first date with flowers or not". That leaves her to answer without you even asking for a response and flows from the first and can lead to more options. Three, eject before you crash. 8^) |
