I am 24 years old and have been doing quite a lot of reading into sarging the last couple of months. The only problem is that I have a slight stutter, I am able to hide it most of the time but I do have problems when I talk to strangers at times. Will this stop my progress in talking to women? I'm a little unsure if it is worth me bothering!

Hi, I have been a pretty shy guy up to now. Since I have started doing this my social anxiety has decreased a hundred fold. I reckon that sarging can really work wonders for people. At work, I am 100 percent more confident and feel much more sure of myself. This is just one positive side effect. I can almost guarantee you that although you might not be f closing Beyonce by the end of the week, if you starting having a go you will become a much more confident and socially cool guy. Either way, give it a try and see what you think.

Thanks for the advice Mr E! It's not actually that bad and I was thinking that sarging will enable me to become more confident in other areas of my life such as social skills etc etc. |
