or hold them at your side? I generally swing them a little naturally, but thought that may make me look nervous, so I've been working on keeping them relaxes, but puffed out a little at my side when I walk. What conveys confidence while walking? |

i think its perfectly okay to swing your arms while walking just keep it chilled though don't be knocking the people out next to ya now as for confident walking its better if you just don't think about it, it should just flow but some tips i can offer is... walk slow TAKE YOUR TIME! If you are in a hurry then just take bigger steps NO lunging lol but just spread your steps out more that way you cover more distance but still look like your taking time) just relax shoulders back and down head up and level stand tall i like to play a really bad ass song in my head and naturally i just get this good confident walk going -hatch |

Hehe, blunt but true.Swing them slightly, but not like crazy or you'll look just as stupid and be careful not to cock them out too far to the sides or you'll look like a muscle-bound meat-head. |

fairly 'powerful' swing and arms out form your sides. This shows your confident in your space and that you 'have' large arm and shoulder muscles. |
