Thanks to Zip for giving me the idea for this post. Every once in a while you hear or read something that gets you tinking. Zip wrote something like if a girl calls you out on being a PUA you could respond that you simply take your lovelife seriously. More elaborate than that but it got through my brain and came out as a realization. Anyway, this is what came out on the other side. Stop apologizing for being an awesome man! Most guys here are afraid of the situation when the girl asks you if you have read the game, or if you try to pick them up etc etc. Why does that bother you? Why do you feel that there is something shaming or wrong with what we do? Why do you think that you are doing anything wrong when you do your best to get her into bed? There is nothing wrong with understanding and studying human behaviour. There is nothing wrong with trying to pick a girl up. There is nothing wrong with being a PUA. Every single man out there use what means they have in order to find the best possible mate for passing on their DNA to the next generation. Every single man except some gays old men etc etc... The game as people call it... Is a skillset that gives you an advantage. If you consider that wrong, then being rich, beautiful or having friends is also wrong. Its all cheating, or none of it is. So a girl might ask you, are you a PUA, are you trying to pick me up? Well, yes. You are. Why hide it, she understood it. She would at some point realize that you are interested anyway. So you are the PUA coming to pick her up, is that any worse than all the other guys hanging around, getting drunk in order to dare to give her a compliment? They hang around and have done it for years and years. Its their routine. Does it work? No! What is a routine, a behaviour performed so many times that it becomes almost automatic. Why do we perform those behaviours, because we get rewarded by our brains, or that it is as far as we can go without going out of our comfort zone. We simply accept the pain and go for doing stuff that works. The only difference between PUAs and AFCs is that our routines work, their routines doesnt. Think about this next time you are in field. Everyone is using routines, everyone is trying to get the best possible partner, we are no different, we are not cheating. We are just more successful. Stop apologizing for maximizing your chances of finding the girl of your dreams. Ezo |

Truth. No girl wants to be or feel in general used no matter how sexually driven they are. Anyways, I agree with Ezo on this. There is no need to be ashamed of anything. You enjoy having the upper hand in social situations... who doesn't?

Most guys here are afraid of the situation when the girl asks you if you have read the game, or if you try to pick them up etc etc. I think most guys are just afraid of women. I always see guys walking on egg shells around women afraid to say or do the wrong thing. It makes me nauseous. Never apologize for who you are, or feel like you have to explain yourself to some random woman in a bar or club. |
