Post subject:  quick question: online game
I just came across this amazing girls myspace that lives close by. want to send her a msg and a friend add. so i trying to think of a good opener msg. i've never met her before.

thinking about, "Hey i stumbled across your page and theres something that intrigued me to msg u. im from "city name"."

i know theres got to be something better to send but i'm feeling creativly retarded right now

I happened to stroll across your myspace and just had to ask, is your hair real or fake? (say whatever you want.) Could say something about real highlights, hair up, down, whatever. Get her attention. Be different than "Hey I think your cute and just had to say something to you". That's the messages she gets every day.

Exactly. The point is, girls get hit on more on myspace than they do in real life. If she is as cute as you say, imagine all the "your hot" openers she gets. You need to approach differently. Like poster said above, check out the online section. They have tons of openers.

fuck, the problem is she doesn't have a huge myspace, only 50 friends with not that many comments and only 2 comments from guys. so I don't think she get's a lot of "your hot' msgs. Everyone's saying the hair question is the way to go but isn't it just retarded? I mean, I obviously know it's her real hair.

i think it sounds lame. and also i would say works on dating sites cause u know the babes are online looking for guys. I am assuming this girl is not looking for guys and just on with her friends.

anyway she replied back. and just replied back with a blunt answer. "a gorilla reserve"

what do i say next? I went to the same college shes in so i can mention that and maybe something about a national geographic article i read on some gorillas or monkeys.

she's so attractive to me, i have to try. her status says single so i'm not worried.

Wait....how long have you been in game? and this is the FIRST thing that came across as 'lame' to you?

Dude, nearly everything in PUA sounds like it wouldn't work and is 'lame'.

Anyhow, you did what you did, and got what you got. I never would have sent what you did, personally. And clearly she's not sure what you're up to and probably only replied out of boredom.

Amp the INTEREST. You shouldn't care about getting to know her. You should only care about getting a feel for who she is behind the information, which is all in how she replies to thing, and you should be focusing on standing out.

she read it but never replied so whatever. plenty of others out there. might send another msg in a while if i can come up with something worth sending. thanks for the advice kristallnachte
