For a few years I have known this girl merely as an acquaintance, however since last summer i have been gaming her every time i see her. IOIs were through the roof, at a party she grabbed me out of nowhere and said "I want you as my boyfriend" in front of two girls i'm friends with, and of course I teased her a little, negged etc. Then at another party, she's all over me, grabs my arms wraps them around her, tries to lead me around the party and I again tease, and lead her around!

Then i see her again, this time she has brought a friend who I had never met before. This time she is more reserved, talks to me less - so i punished her a little and gamed her friend. She then comes over to me and says "Do you like X", to which I replied "if she was single, maybe".

Now this girl is very flirtatious, but known for being frigid and innocent. So i've categorised her as a tease, and I'm planning on starving her of my attention for the meanwhile.

Is this the right idea for this "type"? Being relatively new to pickup, the extremely flirtatious types I have met usually aren't so resistant to escalating, so I could use a seasoned PUA opinion on this one.

Also aside from the fact that her friend was a genuinely interesting HB9 and i wanted to game her anyway, have i hurt my chances with this girl by gaming her friend?

When women ask you if you like somebody, they generally like you. The only exception being when they are asking you on behalf of a friend who likes you. Saying she wants you as a boyfriend is an SOI.

If you feel that she's mearly being a tease, then simply don't react the way she thinks you would to it.
