I used to be the biggest AFC... About 9 months ago I learned about PUAs.. read a book, saw some vids and bam.. I'm a star.

Last relationship I had was a 10 I mean a serious 10, model, 21 (I'm 30 !!)

She kept chasing and liking my game, we became in a relationship and I let the guard down, no more game.. just wanted to enjoy life with her.

Shit started going down and down and we broke up last night.... I'm in great pain, regret, miss her a lot.. can't actually believe it is happening.

How do I get over this ... I think I have a major one-itites too and back to feeling and thinking like an AFC.

Help me please.. I'm a wreck

Breaking down will drive her away.

If you want to get her attraction spiked again, do this:
Go out, get 10 phone no. each day.

Get yourself alternatives.

Once you realize that you can get the women you want,
that it's your choice, and that there's plenty of beautiful women out there, all ready to accept you, and invite you into their beds... Well, little ms. One-itis, will realize that you are attractive, and that you are Alpha, The strong man..

I've never gotten as much attention from ex-Girlfriends as when I meet them while I have one or more women around.

It drives them nuts and they want to claim you again, and prove themselves as better than all the other women.

But seriously...
Go out, and get new women.

Once you broaden your horizon and get some alternatives, you'll be less susceptible to her will, and more independent, thus also more attractive.

;)
Cheers.

Problem:

"I let the guard down, no more game"

perfect example of why game shouldn't be what you build a relationship off of. You have grow and develop, not just "game" that way when you start showing her who you are, she is still attracted.
