This first step is not to go on here asking questions, or asking for book suggestions, or peak-cock items, or how to destroy an Amog. The first step in the "The Game" is establishing Inner Game and improving your self-esteem, your self-confidence, and your self-approval. THIS IS NO AMOUNT OF OPENER'S, ROUTINE'S, LINES or anything else that will make up for lacking Inner Game. This is the biggest part and probably the hardest part of the transformation from AFC to PUA. You Absolutely have to get out in the field and just approach, no line's, no routine's, no gimmicks ... Just approaches. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. Get Rejected take the Feedback and learn from it ... once you have Inner game then you can worry about routines and such to get your success rate up. All the information in the world does nothing if you do not APPLY IT. "But DeepThinkher if I had some routines and openers I would be able to approach and talk to girls and I would have something to say ... and and and" ........... WHO CARES !!!! It's gonna mean nothing if you are shaking and stuttering while you are presenting it. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE AND NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN GETTING YOUR INNER GAME IN CHECK !!! And like a lot of you I am working on this now .... I did the research and read the books, but nothing has compared to just developing some confidence and practicing. |

My advice is to get out an approach as much as possible once you have the theory down. Theory is useless without the competence to put it into practice and this is where a lot of people go wrong. For developing confidence I would say push your comfort zone a lot too. If you step outside your comfort zone a lot and get used to doing so, the areas you are already comfortable with are those in which you will have an insane amount of confidence. Also: Do not get too caught up with theories and reading. Make sure you practice everything you read (and find useful of course) so you don't become a social robot spewing out lines from a book. |
