I am one of those guys who have a problem with being overly quiet sometimes. I know I have the spontaneousness and the creativity in me but I need to pull it out. What are some exercises that I can do to improve on being spontaneous and creative? |

Think of anything. DHV stories sometimes help when your blanking out. |

Think of a cool paper on it and make some notes of the highlights of the story then write a little paper on it... that way you will be able to think in your own time of what is the best way to word it, then while telling it in a real time conversation it will flow naturally. |
