There is obliviously two ways this can happen and it really depends on the context and the tone of the girl. It is very possible that you are seriously weird and creeping the girl out but in this case you will definitely hear it in her voice. ie: YOU ARE SO WEIRD... you'll probably see and hear the disgust in her face and voice... but in the playful "You're so weird"... laughing, giggling kind of way... I believe it means "I like you.... a lot" ...

I was flirting with this girl I've known for a long time who I believe likes me but currently has a boyfriend. I made a couple of jokes and twice in the night, she laughed and told me "You're so weird".

Can I take this as an IOI?

yea, i know exactly what you are talking about, it is an IOI. I had a girl call me immature and it was an IOI. Weird can also mean different, interesting in an attractive way

I'm going to agree that its an IOI, as long as that's in a playful manner. As said above, the world weird can disguised as a different meaning, being interesting in an attractive way. I meet a friend of my friend the other week and I'm really sure she likes me, always contacting me etc and the other day she said 'lol your weird ' in a playful manner, while we were having an interesting conversation. 'Your Interesting and not boring me'

Women are not pieces of property that belong to any man. They are human beings who have a right to exercise their free will. "Stealing" someone's gf isn't stealing. Since she has a boyfriend, she may be feeling a little guilty about her own feelings. Maybe on a subconcious level, what she's really saying is that she is feeling weird because she likes you so much. It all depends on the delivery and the body language. But if she was giving you a nice look, while at the same time playing with her hair, I would think it was a good thing.

One good advice is to exagerate this like you don't give a shit and say with a playful attitude: Yeah! You are so right! Actually...you know..I am the king of the weirdos!
