hey guys, i'm currently living in shanghai, and while i'm very new to this PUA stuff i'm definitely starting to "get it" a lot more. but living in shanghai seems to have 2 distinct problems when it comes to attracting girls:

1) girls here tend to either be very shy or have an outrageously impenetrable bitch shield (and tons of the hottest ones just don't trust westerners and will only date chinese guys)

2) while my chinese isn't too bad, there's definitely a decent-sized language barrier, so i can't run game without stuttering and stumbling over my words

with these things in mind, how would you guys recommend tackling this?

any and all help much appreciated!

try use that language gap in your favor.
Say catchy phrases in english, be the tourist who needs a guid around town, if you know what I mean lol.

I lived in Beijing for a semester and I know exactly where your coming from. Although at the time I wasn't in the community, I went out with the mindset of meeting people to practice my chinese.

After a few drinks to loosen up the wheels, I would find myself deep in conversation with random chinese people( ie: bartenders, waitresses, girls, guys, whomever) All I did was be myself and tell them that I was learning and practicing. It was truly fun to do this.

Now approaching women in Shanghai with the intentions of practicing your Chinese would definitely make it easy to get past girls bitch shields and work your game. It also, however, may be too indirect to take things to a sexual level. Go out, experiment, and have fun with it!

Hahaha shanghai !! ive never been ther but ,ive dated two Asian FOB chicks an HB 6 and a HB 8 and yeh they are kinda shy or super bitchy!!

but in my case bitchy chicks are much easier than the shy chicks! idk its prolly because they were too into or clingy to me. but there is some advice I would like to give u ..

first off , language barrier is not big deal ,make sure u do it with zeal and fun way ! I'm an indian and I live in US and my accent is not bad but I braek out my thick Apu(the simpsons) accent just for giggles and every time it works!

second off, no matter where you are the game remains the same as far as you do it the right way!!ike for examples.

1)say ur in a mall or public place ,go to the girl u want and ask for the opinon and then transition into the new to city and then go into the routine or w/e u follow..eventually u end up n-closing her ...

2) /im still in college, so campus is my big playground......try approach one and i do this,

me: hey im a freshman or transfer student , do u know wher I can get the best pizza around this place??

hb: blah blah blah

me:oh ok ,so how do i get ther?

hb: hahaha blah blah

me:hahaha well so i can take ur word for it or else u will give me my money back?? neg

hb: hahaha ok..

me:alryt u know wat?!?1 ur too nice..ive gotta tell u im not new here, i just wanted to come up and flirt with u..well because ur the most gorgeous girl ive seen today!

hb: blah blah

The TRULY shy girls who seem to be afflicted with the female version of approach anxiety are indeed impossible to chat with. Don't bother with them. It's like trying to get Nervous Ned to go approach a super model. They'll just wave their hand with an embarrassed look.

Then you have the girls who only pretend to be shy or are tiny bit shy. You go WAAAAY under the radar with any dumb opener that has absolutely nothing to do with sex or dating. Believe me, they will get comfortable real quick. If you sense nervousness, just go open ANYBODY next to you, a guy, another girl, introduce everybody, etc . . . then go back to the first girl. (She'll get MUCH much more comfortable right away this time around.) Also, don't take nervousness as a bad thing. In many parts of Asia, chatting up strangers is still a fairly new thing and just the act of "talking with a stranger" in itself is a huge turn on. You'll see them get flushed . . . it's cool. (The stereotype is that Westerners come to Shanghai to fuck and leave so stay the HELL away from anything direct for the most part . . .)

The Chinese bitch shield is rather a super hard thin shell as opposed to those soft thick shields offered up by their Western counter parts.

Example: Back in the states, a lot of girls will bounce that shit back and forth with you fully knowing that the game is on. So you stand there and just peel away at em' little by little for a while. You often hear, "Yeah right . . . yeah whatever . . ."

In China, they have that "you're an untouchable foreigner" frigid shield but one little smile out of
them is ALL it takes to get them going . . .

Language is a non-factor. Speak English. Speak broken Chinese. Use make up sign language. Have fun.

Where have you been going? My night schedules have been packed and I really don't think I'll have the time to go out specifically to wing you but I could let you know when I head out to one place or another. PM me.
