| Post subject: | Big inner game problem |
I need some advice. I have a really big hurdle to get over in my inner game. Thankfully, through studying inner game i can see this. I have this belief that i am not socially good enough or acceptable. Its really strong and i know it comes from my father. Its mostly social interaction. I was never acceptable to him and unfortunately, it played a huge part in my life and who i am. This belief is so rooted inside me, it controls me, I dont know what to do. Any advice? Anyone know what im talking about? Ive read stuff on inner game, but how would you tackle something like this? |
