I am friends with this girl, shes texts me every now than from her college as we live in the same hometown but go to different colleges. So I texted for a while the one day when we were bak, and it went well, then i invited her to a party and she never replied. I want to kiss her on new years, should I just straight tell her or what would be the smoothest way? |

It seems that you only text her, try calling her, have a normal conversation  and maybe throw in "so, what are you doing for new years?" If she says she's not going anywhere ask her to hang out with you. On the other hand, if she has other plans...  good luck, hope that helped
