I am guessing that many of you will of read a book or two on hte subject of the PUA. I know practice is the best cure for lack of ability, but I need to know what I am to be putting into practice for me to hit goal 1 (start and hold a conversation with different girls) So what I am asking is... Can you name a good book or two I should read, remembering i'm a complete novice!!!! Many thanks. |

I would suggest starting with 'the game' if you havnet already its a really good intro. I myself am a fan of the Mystery Method and its pretty well written. After these there are a ton of other books you can find but this is what istarted with and has proven to be a pretty good base to start with. After that you can find a lot of stuff and keep adding on. |

The Game-It's a bit of instruction and a lot of a cautionary tale, I'm a fan. Juggler Method-Very good at your conversational techniques The Kino escalation Ladder- How to build Kino and all that jazz. Those are the books my coach started me on, they'll give you the basics. |

Got The Game, that's cool. What that book is good for is showing you that it is, in fact, possible to improve. That's the real value of it. If you're not looking to lay out any money just yet, read up on Gunwitch Method, if for no other reason than that it's free. http://www.gunwitch.com/ I don't actually use Gunwitch Method (I prefer to go a lot more direct a lot faster than he does), but his inner game stuff is excellent, and his outer game stuff isn't bad. For more inner game fun, Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, preferably on CD. Reading engages too much of your mind at once. You really should just *listen* to it. And if you're willing to drop $269 plus S&H, get the Flawless Natural DVD set. You'll be right about good to go with just that. Understandably, though, you may want to get more familiar with "RSD Method" (I put the quotes because there really isn't one) before you lay down any cash. Juggler is good stuff. The only gripe I have with it is that "Juggler Method," like Gunwitch Method, moves too slow for my tastes. But you might dig it. Then there's the readings in my sig. All free. But seriously, your best teacher is the field. Read a little so you have a basic idea of what to do, then go practice. |

Where do you live? I'm assuming you're in the UK because you use pounds instead of dollars. There's a few really good coaches out there for workshops and seminars. There's a difference between the two, so make sure you know which one you're signing up for because a seminar is usually over 30 people (some are several hundred) and the person stands up at the front of the room talking. A workshop can be anywhere from 1-20 guys depending on who's running it and whether they keep class sizes small or not. In the UK there's a few good companies. Not sure if Juggler (Wayne Elise) is still running workshops or not, but I know Adam Lyons is over there right now and he's one of our featured posters. Sean Messenger is running a workshop in Amsterdam in May and he's really good, I've attended 2 of his workshops recently and recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing coach. I'm also going to be coming over to Europe for May (possibly sooner if enough people are interested) and will be running workshops in London, Amsterdam and possibly Warsaw as well as anywhere else that people request. I've talked with Sean and Johnny Soporno as well as a lot of less well known coaches and I'm considered to be the cheapest respected and acredited coach around from what I've been told. For more details on my workshops check out these threads: rye-lee-pua-north-american-tour-vt34823.html rye-lees-coming-to-europe-vt32596.html? ... highlight= |
