I went to the mall today, I got some samples that I liked and was wondering if you use these and the successes?

Eternity by Calvin Klein (Day/Night)
Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana (Day/Night)
Hugo by Hugo Boss (Day/Night)
Acqua di Gio by Georgio Armani (Day/Night)
Euphoria by Calvin Klein (Day)
Intense Euporia by Calvin Klein (Night)

I figure I should of used the search function but their are around 500 different kinds so I wanted to know about these or suggestions.

Ask the sales person, who is probably a woman on which one she prefers on a man

Something like: "Excuse me, I need your opinion on which you think is better". If she asks for what occasion, then you should have the answer ready: school, bar, club etc...

I used Auqa Di Gio by Armini for years, had one of my HB9 friends about molest me trying to smell it...
I've just bought Reaction by Kennith Cole and had great response in the store, only wore it out once though and it was a smokey bar, not cuddled up to my HB8 neighbor like I would have liked

Reaction is a tish on the lighter side...a bit fruitier than I would have liked, but the response I've had from HB8-10's were amazing when buying it.

I usually wear Polo Double Black. It's nothing flamboyant, but I prefer subtler smells. I've had a ton of compliments on it. Only problem is that because it's subtle, girls don't notice it from 'afar'. It turns them on once we're close.

If I'm going for a more public setting where we won't be cozied up together, I often wear Calvin Klein One. It's a more noticeable smell, and I also love that it lasts a long time. Be careful, though... it's potent. I spray one shot into the air and walk into it. Haha. Anything more and it's too powerful for the first hour or so.

Others to try would be Hummer and Sean John.

they are a little more expensive but i get alot of compliment, especially in a club because i put it RIGHT on my ear, because the music is usually loud and when the girl is speaking to me i make sure i get nice and close to lsiten. 90% of the time they say something..either way i wear Ralph Lauren Purple label or Irish myst by CREED...creed brands are all good but like i said, a bit pricey. depends on ur budget

You mentioned no budget.

If you're looking for a lower cost cologne, Swiss Army is a good way to go. They have two solid colognes - Swiss Army and Swiss Army Altitude. They're much cheaper, and girls love the smell... only problem is that a lot of the younger guys are wearing it nowadays. So... your call.

I use it as my quick freshener cologne after the gym.

Acqua di Gio by Georgio Armani
Armani Code by Georgio Armani
Lacoste Red by Lacoste
Fierce by Abercrombie & Fitch
Very Cool by Tommy Bahama

Usually before I hit the clubs I find myself spraying on a little Lacoste Red or Fierce. Only being in college, I find I get a lot of reactions from girls when I wear Abercrombie & Fitch's Fierce. I also agree dabbing on some cologne on the ear is a good idea for when you have to talk at close range. I've also heard that you should apply some on the wrists. I forget the reasoning but I believe it has to do with heat release and giving off the scent that way.

I wouldn't recommend dousing youself in cologne though. Apply enough to have a scent and smell good... no one should choke or cough when you walk by.
