My game is at a point where I am getting day 2s but not lays. I find myself checking out porn on the internet of hot women and masturbating at least twice a week. Is this healthy ? some guys say you should not look at any porn what are your views on this ? Thanks, Kev |

Looking at porn is fine...but its not gonna help you're game at all. If you wanna get past the day 2's the only way is to work at it. |

Tbh, i think it depends on the person. Some people have low sex drives, some people have high. Some pople can jack off daily and still want to go and get laid others will go to sleep |

I do masturbate twice a week and am still working on my game. A friend of mine mentions that if i am reducing my testorone levels by doing this which means i will have a less of a masculine aura when i open women. There is a huge thread on this topic. My personal opinion is there is no scientific evidence to show that your testosterone levels drop after ejaculation. There is however evidence that the free testosterone in the blood increased after ejaculation. And also some evidence showing you dont lose it when you ejaculate. Although that is from prediceted levels since messuring the hormone accuratly isnt very easy (apparently :S). However, i would imagine it has a lot to do with your base levels of the hormone, tbh, if your worried about your testosterone levels affecting your sex/physical ability my strongest suggestion would be to work out. Even just 15mins of quad/hamstring exercise (intense ofc) WILL increase the level of the hormone in your blood since it is directly related to the build up of muscle in the body. |

Watching porn or even a sexy MTV video gives you instant stimulation and (I assume) a powerful orgasm whilst done "doing your business". The mind (believe it or not) cannot tell the difference between a real experience and a heavily visualised one. Porn (or MTV) definately fills this need quite well and you get genuine satisfaction. However afterwards your sub-concious mind doesn't realise it was imagined, even though you consciously realise nothing happened between the "two of you". Some people see porn as "supplication" that is you are so stimulated by hot women on TV or Internet that you cannot be bothered to head out to the city. Aferwards your virtual girlfriend is not there to hug you and give birth to your offspring so you become lonely. I'd say do something else to occupy your mind so you do have real relationships, or meet sociable people. If you're watching porn you could just be bored, treat it like chore or you have no contact with women. Keep the porn but do not masturbate- if you really have to go- knock yourself out-do it. I've cut down to once a week. I tend to be more motivated when I limit my self-stimulation and I will be more apt to attempt getting that stimulation from an outside source. Translation: I sarge better when I don't jerk it as much. Works for me, try it if you want to. Couldn't hurt, eh? |

Thats not true. If you had a gf that wanted to fuck everyday, you would sleep with her everday. Same as masterbating, its the same process. There is nothing wrong with this, its all in your head. If you masterbate, its not going to affect how your seem to women, or your game, unless your really strung up tight lol.I know this sounds absurd but what do you think ?.
