Post subject:  Gay guys have more luck getting girls

I wanted to post this in the PUA Lounge, but I need 30 posts in order to post in there. So, I'll post it here instead.

Yes, it's true. I am straight, but I have a lot of friends that are gay, and the girls are so into them. Why? Because girls don't feel sexually-threatened around gay guys, because they know that the guys don't really want them. Hence, the girls love talking to them, and I have seen girls be into them! :P One of the IOIs a girl does, is touch her hair, and I have seen a girl talk with one of my friends, and she is doing that thing with her hair, asking him questions, being so into him, yet she knows perfectly that he is gay. He knows how to be interesting too, so the girls like being around him.

So yeah, one of my good friends, who is gay, knows how to make friends. He is so good at it. Everytime we go to a party, we have straight girls there, and gay guys. Now, I'm thinking, how is it that these friends of mine are able to get these nice-looking girls over?

So, I see why the power of a neg is really important. If you can tell a girl that you are not interested in her sexually, she will be more open to you. It just so happens that if you are gay, you don't even need to do this. :P

Pretty much the entire basis of the 'If I wasn't gay you would so be mine' opener.

Yeah but how do you use that opener, without it biting you in the ass later on? You will have to tell her sooner or later that you are really straight, and if you don't, she'll find out. She'll get mad at you for trying to be a friend under false pretenses. Anyway to get out of that?

After the opener you just carry on your 'game' as you usually would. She will soon realise that you aren't gay and if you get the attraction right she will be glad you aren't actually gay.

Plus, other aspects of the gay man can also be used in PU. For instance, the first thing that comes to mind is FASHION. Maybe some are more flamboyantly gayer than others but they do know what they are doing (for the most part...). I would ask some of your gay friends for some tips on dressing, but not 'really gay' looking if you catch my drift.

Also since gay guys are repeatedly around attractive girls there is no reason for them to fear them -- which reminds me of the example of the bartender. Bartenders are good with HBs because they are surrounded by them all the time! Hot girls dont mean shit now because they have realized that they are EVERYWHERE. Keeping in mind these tips will help improve you game right away.

The gay guy has no agenda with the girls so he has non reason to be afraid of them. Therefore he is confident, which in itself causes attraction. Most gay guys also dress and groom better than your average guy and last but not least, the challenge game of wanting what you think you can't have.

The most important thing to learn from this is that you can be all of these things, with the exception of being straight. Be confident, groom yourself, dress yourself fashionably.. basically, be a PUA

Ace is absolutely right. If the rest of your game is solid, opening by saying you're gay is no setback. When she finds out you're straight, she will be relieved, not angry, that you lied.

Diaz is on to something. Gay guys are the perfect PUA. They won't have AA because they approach with an outcome independent frame, they usually dress well, and they don't fall into the trap of trying to qualify themselves by supplicating. Basically, you need to be gay, except eventually show interest and close.

I wonder if any of my gay friends would wing for me...

Have any of you guys used this opener before?

It's a lot more than just the fact that he's gay and thus not into girls and they can't have him. Much of what makes gay men attractive is just who they are and how they act; gay men generally have a higher sense of fashion, are stylish, witty, intelligent, sexually open and expressive, they're kind and when they're not, they are tongue in cheek and they emote (yes, I know these are stereotypes, but I know more than a few gay men and generally speaking, even if these things aren't true, they appear to be true). These qualities are attractive and even if some of these are missing, due to the stereotype, they are imagined, thus making them attractive.

Let's say that I want to make a friend, instead of trying to make her my girlfriend. Could I still use that opener? Also, if you use this neg-opener, do you still need to do any more negging? Or is this one neg equivalent to that of 3 negs?

Gay men are seen as not being fake by women....they don't care if they offend a women or not when they're talking to them they're just real....as in the case of alot of straight man women can sense him putting on a mask in order to get into her pants.

"the too bad I'm gay or you'd be so my type" line works if your indifferent to start with....just dont hang onto it to the point they may actually start thinking your really gay....it can be used as a kiss transition I've done it before when the girl was sitting on my lap

watch the first guy the stripper he doesn't even care if he gets the girl or not he could pull that line off where as the 2nd u might actually think he's gay(the magician still pretty good though)

i recommend watching the other eps too you'll learn something

Calling yourself gay, is not a neg. Its an immediate false disqualifier so that she doesn't think you are hitting on her.
