Ok fellas a little background on me I used to be a "playa" when I was younger 15-17. Pretty much I didnt give a shit and used to treat it like what it is a game. But I felt pretty empty and was always looking for the girl that would be different the one I could love. So finally I date a girl for four years but when she brings up marriage I bail. Now its been about two years and I've been getting played horribly by this one girl I've been stuck on serious oneitis. Ironically she's one of the girls I played around with when I was younger. I mean she's been runnin game on me for about a year and a half and I'm knowledgeable about it cuz I used to play it. But the four year relationship transformed me into a total AFC. So I've been lying to myself and being a total loser. Finally I got fed up and told myself I'm going to see the world as it really is not as I wish it was. But I have this anger and sadness thats messing up my game. Mad at myself and the world and females in general for wanting us when we dont give a damn and being indifferent when we do. For any rAFC's how did you get past this? I know I have to if I'm going to make it out here. |

I have a friend of mines who likes to joke, and clown others, but when it's time to insult him or clown his ass, the fool takes shit personal. |

Listen up... Yer fucking young... Don't waste yer time and engergy on toughts... Learn to use this time to self improve and educate... Trust me you have only begun to scratch the surface of what women want... And the truth is, you will really never know... So you take what you can now, and run with it... |

| Post subject: | Try Running! |
Hey Dude! The best way to overcome your anger and sadness is to go running regularly. I'm not kidding! This helps me a lot! No matter if I'm suffering from oneitis or being discontended for whatever reason. The physical exertion gets your adrenalin and anger away and doing it regularly lets your body spill out those hormones that make you happy. On the other side you have time on your own to think about your problems and solutions to it (a brain works wonders with a lot of oxygen in it and a puls of 160). If I have a problem and want to go out running, my goal is to have a resolution package what to do next in this case by the time when I'm home again. This is a psycological katharsis and really works wonders. Did you ever feel those good emotions when having a new goal and starting first steps to reach it? So go running: - Your anger goes away - You have time to think - Dig deep inside your brain and find out what makes you angry or sad - Think about it! Force yourself to think about it. - Make realistic resolutions before being home - Do this at least twice a week Go for at least 45 minutes. If you are not trained then just slow down. Run so slow that you can stand at least 45 minutes. (* of course it works also with swimming or other sports as long as you are alone and you do it at least 45 minutes *) I hope that helps to get your inner game straight. Enjoy! Greetings from Munich, Germany Frank |
