Ok so my buddy and I went out last Saturday... we passed by a venue where there was a bit of a thuggish crowd... anyway, the only reason we went was so that my buddy could see this girl he's been F-Closing over the last few weeks.... turns out some of her family friends and cousins were there.. My buddy and I get separated because he takes her to the VIP area and is making out with her. One of her distant friends sees this apparently ( at this point I was looking for my friend elsewhere in the club) and comes in and SUCKER punches my buddy across the face.... the guy that hit him was like 6"3 230 pounds, and my buddy is average size, BUT what was unknown to the attacker was that my friend is a full Black Belt.... so anyway, to make a long story short, my friend (in SELF DEFENCE of course), reacted swiftly and unfortunately broke the guys arm and hand.... and busted him good in the face area too. How can I turn this into a good DHV story (without coming off as aggressive guys), because this shows girls that we are ALPHA, and we can handle ourselves and we don't take shit from anybody (we are the protectors and are able to protect our women too!), especially when we are being attacked... (I KNOW I WASN'T EVEN THERE WHEN IT HAPPENED, but because he's my friend, im sure i too can turn it into a good DHV story.) Thoughts? What |

Well, it's all about context. If the girl is now pissed at her friend for attacking your buddy, then put that sort of spin on it, that it was a jealous friend/ex and such. If she is pissed at your friend, then I'd put the "crazy girl and her crazy friends" spin on it and ask them what they thought about girls with friends that attack guys they are interested in. Don't brag about the breaking arms and stuff, don't sound proud about it, it's something you and him should be remorseful about, BUT it was necessary and in that situation, YOU would do the same. Build up the part about this giant guy swaggaring over and sucker punching your best buddy in the face without any provocation and about how small he is in comparison (lots of body language to show the size of the guys and voice tonality too). |

Everytime I hear a story envolving someone with a "black belt" I laugh. Anyone can become a black belt. I would leave that part out of the story. |
