hey, Is it an IOI if a HB walks by you and touches her hair? What if she doesn't look at you either? Just wondering what you guys thought. |

I would say if she walks by touches her hair but makes no eye contact aor say anything odds are it isn't an ioi but rather her just thinking as he walks or perhaps an ichy scalp lol. |
