Girl leaving on vacation tmrw.. how should I leave things?

Ok, so I've been gaming this HB 7, I've had 4 meetings with her. I have K-Closed a couple and have not yet F-Closed. She's going on a lastminute vacation tomorrow for a week.

We spoke this afternoon and she mentioned that she needed a suitcase and was either going to borrow a friend's or buy one.. I never offered at the time, though I sent her a text message a couple hours later offering her a suitcase of mine that just might fit all her things (I was trying to be funny)... Anyway she calls me a couple hours later and is like "oh my god, you're soo nice, thats so sweet of you blahaha".

After we've confirmed that we're meeting tomorrow morning, I get a text message from her: "Ur so sweeet! I love! Have a good night x"

Im not really sure if my actions are coming off too AFC... I was thinking that because she was stuck for the suitcase, I was "helping" her out and "coming to the rescue" blahaha haha. The shitty thing is that I didn't really think she was going to take me up on the offer, and now I'm thinking to myself why the hell am I giving this girl my own "personal" suitcase! So I'm trying to find her an older one that I have lying around the house. lol

What do you guys think?

Let her borrow the siutcase. Just make sure she knows it just BORROWED and that you expect to get it back. That way, you come off as a good guy for helping her out, and you can use the siutcase as somewhat of an anchor. She see's your siutcase everyday while on vacation so she's gonna be reminded of you everytime she goes to get clothes or whatever.

Also, that way when she gets back, you have a reason why to call her (to get your siutcase back) and you dont sound like an AFC just calling her to see how her trip was. And you also have a guaranteed meeting after her return (again, to get ur siutcase back).

You should use Mystery line: "Your not a thief are you? ok, good. I expect to ge this back". You should say it in a c/f kind of way. With a big smile on your face. I hope this was helpful.

Yes helpful. I am meeting her in a couple hours, I've read that line before, but it had slipped my mind, so I'll say it when I see her. Thanks :)

I figure yeh I come off as a good guy, because I am letting her borrow my suitcase (b/c she's in a bind) and also I figured while she's away she'll be reminded of me everytime she's the suitcase.

My problem is that once she's back, she's here for a couple weeks then she takes off again for 5 weeks for work. Is there not a good chance that I could lose the connection with her when she is gone for 5 weeks unless I F-Close within the next couple weeks?

Any thoughts?

Im glad it helped.

I think you definatly have to f-close before she takes off for 5 weeks. 5 weeks is a long time, who know what can happen in those 5 weeks. She can meet another guy, she can stop thinking of you, etc. You need to close before she takes off. If you arent able to do so, the only thing I can think of is trying to give her another anchor (like maybe your bracelete or something) so she will be constantly reminded of you. But that should be plan B. Plan A should be f-closing while she is in your town.

Good point. Though when I met her today to give her the suitcase, I asked when she was leaving for the work thing, turns out its only for a week. My mistake.

Basically, I'm on the fence with this girl. Though she's attractive, there are a couple things about her that are buggin me and that I'm really anal about haha. Having said that, I am still debating whether or not to F-Close, or may be better just LJBF her so that I can use her as a pivot moving forward. I guess the F-Close has been on my mind given that I haven't F-Closed for a little while now, but I shouldnt use that as the only reason to F-Close her.

I'll figure it out over the next week while she's gone, I'm curious to see if I get a message from her while she's gone (she's gone overseas.. so far away). Its no big deal if she doesn't as she's going to be very busy with her shit, but it'll defin be a big indicator if she does. Lets see what happens.

Well I've already gotten a message from her while she's away.. blabing how excited she is, etc... and also thanking me again for the suitcase.. sounds like the suitcase idea will turn out well, given she'll be reminded of me all week... haha

Not to drag this on, but how would you guys have responded to the following text message she sent me right when she got back from her vacation:

HER: Miss me?

I sent the following response (it looks a bit weak after thinking about it.):

ME: Hey you.. back already?? How was ur trip

Actually after writing that above, it sounds even more AFC to me.. SHIT! I'm trying to come up with (and slowly getting better) smarter/C&F ways to respond to girls texts... though in this particular case I don't think its going to make a huge difference, if the above sounds too rude, I may just give her a call tomorrow (and it'll prob make her VERY happy) and touch base. I'm sure with everything thats happened she missed me while she was away.

This one seems to be a done deal for F-Close very soon, BUT i'm losing interest in her because I don't think I am completely attracted to her (looks are great, but I'm not completely attracted personality/emotionally)... anyway, Rye if you're reading this, this is the same one that I was one-itis'ing about a few weeks back. LOL
